i got the mail notice about the special Infiniti "club" and the 3 month check. i called my dealer and they said that gets sent out based on Infiniti figuring on the "average" Joe who puts 1,000 miles on their car per month.

he said to ignore it and bring in the car based on your own driving habits. I don't put that much mileage on my car, and i have the Infiniti Elite 2 Maintenance plan, and I won't go in for my first oil until around March when I'll probably have 5 or 6,000 on it.

ask your dealer. see what they say.

The 6 month/7500 mile service interval is the minimal to maintain warranty. 3 month/3750 mile interval is the typical schedule for mainly non-highway/more extreme temperature conditions. Use the interval that you feel more comfortable with.
