Many of us have the issue of the high pitch whining noise that seems to be coming from the speakers. There are plently of threads about it so I will not go into detail. I called Infinit consumer affairs and they are not aware of this issue. The representative said if enough people call in or go to dealer about this, the engineers will take notice and look into the issue. Also, the district manager of your area will be notified of this high pitch noise issue. So lets get Infiniti to make a TSB for this!! The number to call is 800-662-6200 and then option 3. Tell them you want to file a compliant/issue of the car. I will post this in the sedan section to get maximum expose

just bringing this to the top. hopefully people respond to this post so it stays at the top and we can get Infiniti to make a tsb!

 

As I mentioned in the existing thread, yes, I have called and got a very warm, concerned response. It was mentioned to me that owners experiencing the issue are encouraged to call.

So did you call consumer affairs to report it or not?

 

If you have this issue, please call consumer affairs and let them know. This is the only way we will get a TSB out for this problem. The high pitch noise poll had 39 people saying Yes to it. If all those people called, I'm sure Infiniti would take notice.
