Point is (1) there are almost no RWDs in the NY NJ area and (2) I think its a good deal.
For someone in the market for a RWD, I think $35k with NAV may have a point.

no RWDs in NY NJ area? Do G37s come in FWD!? Or do you mean there's no G37 sedans in NY NJ area?

wow...must be pile on the OP day. I think what he is saying is in the northern states all we see are G37x type sedans and someone might be looking for something a little different. If I was going to buy a G37S I guess I would want a manual but that's just me. Now seeing as how they have this listed around $2000 below invoice, I can see how this information might be useful while bargaining with another dealer. So thanks Alex, not everyone is jumping on that bandwagon today.

Ok well, useful to some. I am glad. Thanks for the explanation Pete, although I am still not sure it helped.... LOL
At a buy it now of $35,800 they were still accepting lower offers. Mine cost me waaay more than that...
If I could get a deal like that I would fly down to VA and drive back easy, but back when I was looking for my car, the VA dealers would not do a deal at anything near 35k and the NY dealers wanted an extra feee to buy the car from the VA dealer + transport.
