meh, all these sensors and gadgets add weight and problems to the G, i'd rather have my G stripped of all these little useless gadgets.

Rain Sensing Wipers FTW. In my 08 Lexus GX, the rain - sensing wipers work by how much rain there is. If there's light rain, the wipers wipe only about 6 seconds apart. But with HEAVY rain, the wipers are set to their fastest mode. I always have the switch set to AUTO. Pretty simple and straightforward to me. I think the 2010 G coupe is getting the feature.

I had the rain sensor wipers on my Volvo S60R. I did not like them. Perhaps it was the way Volvo designed them, but changing speed in relation to rainfall intensity always seemed to lag - a lot. I am happier with standard intermittent wipers (anyone seen the movie Flash of Genius?).
