Do you guys think $3639.00 is a good price for 100,000 mile Infiniti Elite extended warranty and for a 5 year/75K mile premimum mx package? MX package covers all servicing for 5year/75K to include ester oil. Looking at the dealer pricing for the servicing it would cut my cost by close to 3900 dollars over the 5 years for everything that is included. Thanks for responses.

 

f"ing ripoff..you get like 60,000 + miles factory warranty for free, and most of the stuff the dealership is quoting for sercives is over priced and not needeed...change you oil yourself and save 3000$

 

The extended warranty is a rip-off; try to get the extended service plan separately for 5 years since it covers oil changes with Ester oil, don't pay more than $ 1200 for it though.

 

+100 on the extended warranty being a rip-off. My dealer didn't even OFFER it to me when I signed the papers on my car. I was shocked. Maybe my dealership actually has some class and my dealer didn't try to screw me. I've talked to him a few times since my purchase and he's been incredibly helpful. He'll even come pick up my car at my office, leave a loaner, service my coupe, and return it if needed.....that's real service.

If you want Infiniti to service your car....def go for the maintenance pkg (no more than $1200). OR....you can do your own oil changes (our cars are VERY easy to change from the DIYs I've seen), keep the receipts/mileage records, etc....and save a bundle and spend some quality time with the girl!
