It should be on a 2/3 sheet labeled "due bill" or "get ready instructions") If what you have in writing does not specify what exactly is going to be done, then the repairs are at the dealer's discretion.

You have no legal recourse in this. Sorry to break the bad news.

Actually, the initial damages occurred while they were detailing the new car on delivery, and bigger damages happened while the car was being serviced to replace the damage part.

I wonder where you got your law degree if you say I have “no legal recourse in this.”

(Pictures are coming. Just need the cable)

Here is the simple problem.

This accidental damage is problems between the owner vs. the dealership.
Infiniti Corp is not responsible for this accident, so they referred me back to the dealer.

According to the service staffs, Infiniti of Santa Monica (sales and service) will be closing the door in two weeks.

So, it not their problems in two weeks.

hahahahaha….

i avoid any and all dealerships in santa monica. they are all terrible. bmw, lexus, infiniti, you name it. i bet you they all use the same wash/detail place which is located away from the dealerships.

Sorry for the late pic.

I still haven't gotten my car back since Feb, 21, 2009.
They are still fixing the car at the moment.

Ps. I really wish I can get my car back before they close the door. I'm wondering if the dealer paid the body shop cuz I dont want them to get me stuck in the court.

Santa Monica Dealer

Why would they want to buy back a beat up old car?
Ok, that was bad....real bad. My apologies.

This wouldn't be the same dealership that claims to be #1 in the country is it? You know, the one that is going out of business? (FYI)

Take their promise to repair and floor it to another dealer.....Fast!!!! They have no reason to make you a happy customer.

So, after 9 attempts to fix the vehicle, I am about to go Rambo on these guys.

Color sanding scratches on the body.
Over sprayed paints.
Clear coat dried up with little bubbles.

Why is it so hard to do a good job!!!!!

I guess they don’t care since they are closing in 3 days?

Yep. Friday is the last day. Where will you contact them after the doors close? It won't be done by then will it?

Sounds like they did a quick touchup job rather than a full blown job...

Finally picked up my vehicle today. All nice and correctly done.
One thing I now notice is that someone worked on inside of my car with my request and made scratches to the auto shifter, and window button panel area.

Why! Why! why!!!!

Good bye Infinit of Santa Monica!
