Hey Silver,
I think you should just take your car back as soon as possible, especially since you got a lawyer. Just tell them you don't want them to touch your car anymore since you don't trust them. Show your lawyer the damage on the car.

Didn't you get a lawyer? They must give you a buy back.. if they repair it, it won't be new. If your lawyer is not doing anything, get another one. This is BS. If nothing happens I suggest you call your local news TV station and ask them for help. I guarantee after you call up the news station you will be helped but you must have pics/videos of the damages.

If this BS happened to me I would be all over that dealership. Do not agree to let them fix it again! Get a lawyer, call the local news station and start picketing at the entrance to the dealership. Don't stop until they do the right thing! Make sure you have proof of everything. Take pictures and video. Don't back down a bit! Don't let them get away with this crap! Good luck.

WOW... this really sucks! I know your pain because I have been there myself. I bought my previous car from Santa Monica Nissan - and they did exactly the same thing (there was a tiny scratch on my brand new pathfinder, they tried to do the work themselves for 5 days and made it a lost worse). At the end, I spent weeks arguing with them and told them to take my car to a professional body shop to get it done right (they tried 3 times before and couldn't do it). Santa Monica has the worse sales department as well. I hate that they provide such ****ty service because they are really close by.
Good luck.
Good luck.

If the vehicle was scratched at time of delivery, you should have refused the vehicle.
You, instead, chose to accept the vehicle with the scratches, with the understanding that the scratches would be repaired at a later time free of charge. (You did get that in writing didn't you? It should be on a 2/3 sheet labeled "due bill" or "get ready instructions") If what you have in writing does not specify what exactly is going to be done, then the repairs are at the dealer's discretion.
You have no legal recourse in this. Sorry to break the bad news.
