I have been hearing the voice ever since the first time I turned off the audio, and the whining/ringing sound happens exactly as described above. Mine is the G37 Coupe 2008 with Premium Journey Package + Navi. Bought on Dec. 24th, 2008.

Just curious, is the sound there if the radio is ON but the volume low or at zero? Not being argumentative, but I can count on one hand how many times I've been in the car and radio NOT on. Its always on, but usually pretty low.

This is what the issue theyre talking about is. Radio could be off, but you still hear a pitch noise when driving, making it seem like its still on.

Take your car to the Glendale infiniti.

Co-worker had speakers re-installed and solved the problem.

I notice this with my speakers as well and it's incredibly annoying. Any other solution aside from re-installing the speakers or no?

The noise actually comes from the front Passenger side floor wall near the Navi. Sound comes out from the vent or inside.

the noise was even in my EX35 loaner car that I got. My car is at the dealer for this very problem as well as a couple of other things. It will be interesting to see wha their response is to this.

2009 X coupe, two weeks old and started hearing it today... wondering if the rustproofing had anything to do with it? I say this because they did the engine bay and sprayed some of the ground wires in there...
