So its finally working, indeed was that the panel, although it wasnt the same number everything is working... thanks so much for all your time helping me... one last thing id like to ask, seeing all those part available at ebay, i was wondering, my 2008 doesnt play music straight to the radio, (i have a bluetooth adapter) i think if im not wrong, from 2009 and up they do, would it be possible (and if would work) to get a unit to let me play music through blueethooth, i guess its the unit the one doing that? idk if somebody here has done it.
thanks!
thanks!

The last five (5) digits of the part number are vehicle specific. As long as the panel is from a NAV model you're good to go.
Bluetooth music streaming was added in 2010+ models.
Short answer: you can not just swap out the headunit and gain BT streaming. It is a very intensive job that involves re-wiring some connectors or by purchasing a harness conversion "kit" (see here). Plus, you would need the headunit and screen.
I did it to gain USB which is priceless to me. But, to just gain BT streaming I do not think the project is worth the time/money. But, your wallet, your decision
If you are satisfied with your current setup, I'd leave well enough alone. Either way, I am glad you finally have this sorted and are up and running. Thanks for the update.
