I currently have a 2010 G37xS Sedan Anniversary Edition. I'm looking to replace the current rims with the 2014-15 Q60 rims.
I found some through infinitiwholesaledirect.com but the price seems a little too good to be true, am I missing something, or are these legit?
Do I need to order other parts with these rims? Any input is appreciated.

Here is a full set, with tires, for sale: Q60 Wheel/Tire Set here on the forum.

Only downside is that the seller supposedly doesn't want to ship (which counts me out- but I'm looking at a set of Q60 20's anyway, so). Still, something you can look into...

I just checked your p/n's with discountinfinitiparts.com and they are the right wheels. I am not familiar with "Infiniti Wholesale Direct" so I can't comment on their legitimacy. Shipping will not be cheap either way.

If you go with new wheels, I would consider new TPMS sensors unless your existing sensors are relatively new. Unless, like many, you could care less about that TPMS crap.

I'll probably pick up the wheels from "infinitiwholesaledirect" or "discountinfinitiparts" if I can't find any other good deals.

First I need to decide whether to run staggered or not though.
