Help with O2 Sensor

When I checked the connection both sides (both the upstream and downstream) were damaged so I decided to replace both. The only thing is I am having an issue finding the correct oxygen sensors that connect to each other. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but the downstream should connect to the upstream directly right? If so, can someone direct me to where I can purchase the correct pair of o2 sensor? Every one I’ve purchased have these types of connections. Please excuse my ignorance.

This is the downstream I have:

Technically, upstream sensors are A/F (air/fuel) sensors, also known as wideband sensors. The downstream sensors are the O2 (oxygen) sensors. They are NOT the same sensor which is why the connectors are different. This may help:

You did not mention what year your car is so I was not able to fully narrow down the correct part numbers.

Sorry! It’s a 2013. Should the A/F sensor connect directly to the o2 sensor?

No. Two different (yet similar) sensors with two different connectors. Here is what I found:

Everybody has their own opinions regarding OEM vs. auto parts chain stores. Your call on that one.

FYI, Left or Right are both the same for this application.
