Follow this member's video to the word and everything will be reset as it should. The pedal dances may take a few attempts but they're needed if you do any maintenance on the throttle bodies:
I wouldn't touch the wheel bearing. If it were failing, you would know. I've had two go on me in 110k miles and it sounds like you have a flat tire or a grinding sound. The 5AT and 7AT are pretty stout if you take care of them.

Yeah, they were fairly dirty. The whole cleaning took a couple of hours but I finally got it done. The intake boot was a pain to get off and on too. Now my infotainment is in a reboot cycle :/ I'm going to try disconnecting the battery to see if it makes a difference.
