Please help!!

I have a 2014 q60s manual and my car does this weird thing where it gets sluggish and the car makes like a knocking sound from the drivers side after making a pull or two and downshifting merging into a highway! This is definitely not normal. I checked online through the g37 forums and the 370z forums and the problems range from Heat soak,a faulty break switch , and to a noisy VVEL Bank 2 actuactor noise that could get fixed with a ecu reprogram. Right now in new york its been kinda cold so i dont know how heat soak would be a problem. My question is what is the cause of this problem? and what could be the fix? i was thinking of buying cold air intakes for the car so it breath more. PS:when turning off the car and turning it back on the problem goes away! Please help guys it would be much appreciated!

I recorded a video to show you guys!

Nice wheels. I have no idea on the sound but someone on here will chime in I am sure. Those of you interested in hearing the problem sound, he has a good recording of it at the very end of the video.
