This is a link to our "Lebanese" Craig's list that has the cars on them.
Both of the cars have
This is a 2012 one, looks still stock

This is a 2010 one that has a Takeda cold air intake

Both have about the same mileage. What do you guys think?

Welcome.
I favor the 2012. It's both newer and won't suffer the oil gallery gasket failure that the 2010 could. It is a very expensive repair. Nissan redesigned the gasket for 2012 model year.
The only problem I see with the 2012 car is the black paint. It will get scorching hot in the Middle East summer.
Otherwise, the cars are identical
