Check Craigslist as well. A quick 30 second search in Atlanta yielded this coupe bumper in silver with sensors. Now it may not be what you're looking for, but point is, they are out there....

Why bother? Do you have comprehensive insurance?
You'll still have to pay a deductible unless your family member is found to be at fault.

Get and estimate from a couple of body shops and then put that amount in a saving account.

I'd say however it's fixed, DON'T file a claim. Pay out of pocket. But that doesnt work for everybody.

Not sure it wouldnt be a collision claim by damaged car policy against offender car policy. Bigger deal and different hazsrds thsn comprehensive. Assuming you tell truth in filing the claim.
