What you both have just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this thread is now dumber for having read it. May God have mercy on your soul.

Let's see if anyone can pick up on the reference.

About 3 minutes.....Google.....6 MT thread....that's another INFINITI forum BTW.

Doesn't make sense? How doe...oh.

A niche is when one finds comfort/belonging in a particular place in life or environment and inconsequential means something or someone is not important or significant. Kind of like the rude remarks people have been making in this thread

That help? It's not my material, but if you want me to get analytical about it, I guess the author is trying to to shine light that Infiniti hasn't really identified itself as luxury or a performance brand. With the Skyline heritage and G35 and G37 sport coupes, one would think its niche would be performance; but with its upscale ride, packages, price point and the way the company presents itself, it seems like it is trying to compete with the luxury vehicles in that class rather than the performance class of vehicle. Recent developments and partnership with Mercedes on the next gen QX would lead one to believe they're finally committing to the luxury class. The author ties it all together at the end by insinuating in his last sentence that Infiniti, despite how hard they try and which route they take, will never be as good as the companies they intend to compete with and subsequently, do not matter.

That being said, I think the G and Q are bad b*tches and I love the heritage and blend they offer.

I know OP doesn't care what the a*s holes have said but it bothers me when someone takes a shot or tries to lessen someone else's person, property or accomplishments.

It was the way you worded your previous statement. I mean, I'm not a grammar **** by any means but grammar exists for a reason. It helps convey the written words and thoughts you have to others. Poor grammar can make you either unintelligible or convey the wrong message. Hence, why MaQG37 responded the way he did - even though you didn't intend to offend. See the cause and affect now?

Your abuse of the English language was so bad I believe the 9-1-1 should be called. I had to read it 5+ times at varying speeds and breaks to attempt to understand what you said. I still think I need to run through it a few more times to be 100% sure.

BUT, I can agree with your last statement. I love fast cars as well. I'm addicted to speed for some reason but in the G37's case, it was a perfect blend of speed, looks, comfort, reliability, and handling. The most appealing thing is I love the NA of the VQ. It seems like all imports and German cars are going more 4 cylinder FI and all the same idea - that you can have great gas mileage and some power. Nothing wrong with it but something different would be nice. They're not even competing against the American's in the V8 realm but Infiniti said "hold my beer" and pumped out the competitive VQ motor with its unique sound. I've said it before, the VW R32 is the only other unique V6 I've heard that sounds like it's got a set.
