How about you don't launch it and if you really want to mess up the drive train then be my guest. Press the gas and brakes at the same time then let go of the brakes.

In the old days we'd rev it up to redline in neutral then drop it into gear.

Really so none of you have launched you AWD :/. I try to launch mine about 3k but the rears will start breaking loose. BTW mine tune is set to allow the gas and brake and the same time, I can do a full standing burnout if i wanted to. I don't but I could.

A lot of brake and a bit of gas, then (at the same time) off the brake and fully on the gas should do it.
Despite what other have said, you won't break your car doing this.

Would love to hear how it's possible to brake a torque converter automatic by holding the brake and gas at the same time. LOL, yeah ok.
If that were the case I'd be like ten transmissions deep by now.

I have a feeling if it was posted in the Motorsports/Track section rather then the Coupe section it would have gotten better reception.
OP: echoing what ANMVQ said; working with your/a tuner can help dial in your car to launch like what you want/to match your driving style.
