Thanks for info. Really appreciated and will give it a go soon. Keep you posted on results for consideration. Whole car is a mutant now lol. Was thinking of stenciling "once was a" above the back G37S badge.
Cheers

I wouldn't have had the guts to do that to my rear quarter panels but those rolled rear fenders look pretty nice man 😁👍

Thanks bro. It was my first time doing that sort thing
Had to:
Just a matter of stupidity to start it and determination to see it through.
Had to:
- Cut seam of inside wheel well
- Max out the rolling tool lol
- Beat it into concave profile with hammer and dolly
- Air hammer with smoothing tool
- Sand
- Bondo
- More sand
- Primer
- Base pearl and clear not yet done
Just a matter of stupidity to start it and determination to see it through.

Ah, you're a body shop guy. Kudos for having the guts to take that project on, id have been terrified doing that lol
At least the harder it is to do, the less likely you are to pull up to other Gs with the same customization. I cant wait to see the finished product. 👍

Franken coupe part duh
Hello fellow enthusiasts,
I did some body work lately on my baby and wanted to share.
Stock.
My baby's trip to see sasha of on point dyno.
My babys new curves.
Just thought I would share my first time attempting a paint job or body work.
Car had some existing need for a respray because of some dents and chips and early stage rust so I figured i would roll and hammer out convex fenders out 2" inch/side and pair with my rims having 1" offset each/side. Giving car total 6" wider stance.
Also picked up a 2009 GTR wing and custom mounted.
Description is below pics since we all love pictures more .
Cheers

P.S. should I go RLO bumper? Kingston Kustoms is right near me, just saying....

Nice job on those fenders man, they came out really nice. First time doing that kind of body work and paint and looks like you nailed it Kudos!
I'm personally not a huge fan of those front fascias but we all have our own taste. If you dig that front then go for it.
Personally i think you have done a nice job on the rear end of that car that id keep the front subtle (maybe a carbon fiber splitter or a front fascia that isnt so extreme that it takes attention away from the awesome work you did on the rear)
Either way nice job on your body work. Looks awesome!

@Devils G
Thanks for compliments Devils G and I think you're right about new front bumper taking away from rear.
My car is my hobby not just my car so I'm always looking for what next. Maybe turn my attention to the rims again.
Have an idea to paint inside wall of rims with black color shift prism. Find a rattle can of "duplicolor black effex" and you'll see something special. Gonna finish face of rims with white base, then glow in the dark clear coat and finally hydrodip. End effect should be similar to my shift know and look completely original.
My glow in the dark shift **** hydrodipped previously
Practise run hydro dipping gold painted old rim. My current rims would have white background and glow in the dark clear coat.
Practise run on old rims with duplicolor black effex on inside wall.
