BBK = Big Brake Kit

Performance brakes, such as Brembo, Akebono, AP Racing, etc. with larger piston calipers

Indeed, that's why I decided to skip getting a BBK lol. A full new Akebono kit costs about $1700 from Z1 or CZP, but includes everything including calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, fluid, and hardware. Used kits are definitely cheaper but usually come with just the calipers, and most of the time need some TLC.

Hell $1700 isn't to bad compared to what I've seen on some of these websites for the BBK, these prices are outrages lol. But I'll defiantly keep my eye out for a used kit that has everything or a major sale. I'm sure someone is gonna have some type of sale going on by time I get ready to do it, at least I hope.

You can source the parts yourself and save quite a bit depending on your budget~https://www.myg37.com/forums/brakes-...the-cheap.html

When you're already dropped on bags it tends to bring more attention to those base brakes even though they will work just fine
