If you plan on modding, don't waste your time with an IPL. Just get a Sport, grab the bolts-ons and a tune and you'll wreck a stock IPL all day and have likely paid a lot less. They're out there but a manual IPL is the rarest form of a G there is..

 

Autotrader.com for the S or try carmax.com for the IPL as they seem to have a line on getting them.

There's one manual transmission IPL in Cleveland, Ohio, Malbec Black @ Carmax w/black interior. 43K miles, $27K cost.

Like Kris said, if you're going to mod the crap out of it, get an S. If you want an IPL color and body kit, then go for the IPL. It'll have a bit more hp, true dual exhaust, sound fantastic and have an arguably better suspension setup right off the bat. There are improvements to be made in both models (if you drive hard) but it'll cost you to make changes with worthwhile parts.
