OEM exhaust

Been wondering, what is the best thing to do to my OEM exhaust for it to sound more aggressive? Test pipes? Muffler delete?

Depends on the type of sound you want. If you read through a number of threads on here, you can get a good idea of what has worked for some folks. Go on YouTube for sound clips...there's a ton of them.

i really like my Beluga axle-back. for $269, it replaces the very HEAVY stock muffler, and should be an easy 4-bolt swap (my exhaust bolts were seized up solid on my 2013 , and i had to take it to a muffler shop).

nice deep, exotic tone without being too loud. i don't care for the raspy-type exhaust notes, especially on somewhat of a luxury car like the G37.

Go either FI HFC or Berks. I went with FI and made the OEM sound much more aggressive.

Cheapest option? Axle-back systems like Top Speed or Beluga.

Popular catbacks are Fast intentions, Invidia, Tenabe, Ark. Just search the site or google.

You could go straight to high-flow cats but I'd do a catback system first personally.

I don't recommend anyone does a muffler delete but if you search youtube you can find videos of people who have and if you like the sound there's no reason not to.

as others mentioned, HFCs or RHFCs will make the otherwise stock exhaust sound more aggressive.

Or an axle back system will do the same.
