5/AT G37 with UpRev vids
I'm really torn on whether or not I should pull the trigger on a tune for my 08 5at g37 journey.
My project car is a a little boosted honda civic lol yeah yeah I know but the thing puts down 400hp through fail wheel drive on pump gas with a small c30 rotrex.
My point is that I'm not looking to go crazy with the g since it's my daily. I have only r2c intakes so far. My plan was FI HFC, tune and thats it.
Does anyone have any vids they can share of their 5at with Uprev? My main concern is getting rid of the dredded throttle lag and sloppy transmission shifts.
I've read a lot of feedback from the 7at guys but I'm mainly curious to hear or see feedback from the old 5at gents.
any feedback would be nice. Thanks all.

A stillen grounding kit will surely help with the lag and trans shifts and only cost about $100

Can a grounding kit really fix those issues, or really any issue? They have always been the sugar pill effect in my opinion..
Edit: Well, to be more specific, besides ridding of stereo grounding noises I have never seen any benefits on other cars.

You can make your own grounding kit with 0 gauge power wires from an amp kit. Theres a diy https://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-i...-your-own.html
and yes it makes a noticeable difference in shift times.
