Hey All, can the following be done (all on the same car)?

Convert an Auto to a 6MT (with paddle shifters)?
Convert an AWD to a RDW?
Convert a base model to a IPL?
Convert a hardtop to a vert?

Convert an Auto to a 6MT (with paddle shifters)? YES (NO)
Convert an AWD to a RDW? YES
Convert a base model to a IPL? YES
Convert a hardtop to a vert? YES

 

Cheaper to find what you want.

 

Yes you can convert an AT to MT, not easily, not cheaply, but not terribly difficult. But a 6MT with paddle shifters??? WTF is that???
AWD can be converted to RWD. Again, possible but expensive.
Base to IPL? You can put IPL parts on a base model if you've got money to burn.
No, you cannot convert a coupe to a convertible.

The bigger question is, why would anyone want to do any of this when it's cheaper and easier to sell what you've got and start over?

 

If you want a 6MT with paddle-shifters, you are going to have to find a non-Infiniti DCT.
