I have never read anything positive about the Duraflex "IPL" bumpers.
They are very ill-fitting and will require a professional paint and body guy to get it to fit properly.
And like you said, you will end up paying even more to get it painted properly.
I saw an unpainted Duraflex IPL bumper on Craigslist and it looked horrible.
I don't even think the Duraflex bumper comes with the foglight inserts or the correct lower mesh.

Outcast Garage - Front Bumpers
Replica - $400
OEM - $1200
always goes with OEM quality. Replica will get damage easier from rock chips, small fender bender, fitment issues in the long run and more headache to you.

Great advice from WillCo and Redfire...
I will make mention that with there being no 2016 q60 coupe being produced (IIRC)... parts like paddle shifter kits, trim pieces and especially paint coded parts, I doubt Infiniti is really keen on keeping production of these accessories up to the same rates as years past (if at all) and shipping them over from Japan. In turn, making these aero pieces and other specific accessories become harder and harder to find available / 'in stock'.
Especially when Infiniti's focus clearly has to be on the 2017 Q60 production lines ramping up here soon and I'm sure a litany of new accessories to go along with the new model.
I kept up my search for over a year and was about to pull the trigger on one w/ a discount code applied through a parts counter that also had favorable shipping rates... luckily a local member to me had sold his G and removed his OB front IPL bumper before trading in. Some rock chips and a need for a respray got the 'local' price to $400.. $275 for a friend to paint it in his booth (most work on custom bikes and hotrods) and had him put a ridic amount of clear on top. All-in-all...a lot of transporting, running stuff around to get a little bit of savings.
What's your time worth is what you should ask yourself if you want to target used market. Or you can hope for a paint matched good condition used option nearby or just do it right from the get go with a guaranteed fitment, condition, and paint match. Good luck in whatever your decision is!
