Since I don't have much knowledge on these - I might just get the one with mufflers then.
Look on the first page of this thread. I posted a video of my exhaust using the Manzo mufflers.

They're pretty much the same. Most likely built in the same factory with different brand names put on at the end.

The top speed exhausts are back in stock. Got a good deal for the bevel tips.

Will post pre and post video.

I have decided to get the following exhaust. The first one is not available yet and I have yet to receive a confirmation from Top Speed. I think it makes sense to go with a bit louder exhaust, I mean that's the point of moving away from stock, right?

Infiniti G37 Top Speed Pro-1 Upgrade Axle-back Exhaust System - Top Speed Auto Accessories, Inc.

Will post a before and after video.
If anyone knows, is this axelback legal? I thought it was since the straight pipe is only of the mufflers, or no mufflers rather, but there's no removal of cats. My friend on the other hand works as a mechanic and says that in order to be legal and pass inspection it needs to have all the same components as it came stock. Amy advice?

Here's a video of the top speed axelback with mufflers.

Motordyne is one of the best out there, probably wouldn't find anything that sounds like it, but that's if you want to spend all that much other choices include fast intentions full catback or ark true dual catback witch are both good choices

I love my Motordyne exhaust. Its true that there is nothing like it. I still goose it around just to hear it roar. I cannot recommend this choice enough.

Now I'm stuck between the TopSpeed and the Manzo. Car parts are something you really shouldn't cheap out on, but I really like the sound of the TopSpeed, especially when compared to the Tanabe axleback. Decisions decisions.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but TopSpeed, Manzo and Beluga are pretty much the same companies under different names.
