^Should I jack up the rear end and place the wheel cribs under the wheels?

Well that would get the car level but it would be a pain to do. I was fortunate, I have a great mechanic within walking distance from my house. I would bring my own oil in (Mobil1 bought at Costco on sale) and they only charged me $23 for labor and filter. Saved me a lot of hassle, time and oil disposal issues.

Ideally having your car level when changing the oil is best, but having the front lifted won't leave much oil in the pan, not enough to go through all the hassle IME.
If you have a convenient hookup like 2008G, then by all means, get that puppy level

I've changed oil like this on all vehicles (except for a couple lifted 4x4s) over the last 35 years and never had an oil related failure.

I've read about folks here just crawling under to do things like oil changes...HOW is that possible? I'm not that big 5'9" 150lbs...but I just can't fit!
Seriously...is there anybody on this site that can crawl under and work on a stock 2008 G37?

Thank you man not sure how I feel about it seeing it more in the other photos. Definitely like it on ricers car but I don't know if I want to do mesh. Wish their were more grille options for an 08 G, or maybe I just don't know where to look
