Dude! Aren't you the same guy that asked if the water in Florida had sand particles in it that would scratch your car when you washed it?

What the heck does that have to do with it? Yes, I was told that a long time ago by my sister-in-law who has lived all over Florida almost her entire life. Since I have never lived in Florida I thought I would ask just for the sake of it. Turns out as so many of you pointed out, it's not an issue. Now explain to me how that has anything to do with a gas cap holder? Don't be a d!ck.

The point I was making is that you are slamming people for not reading the owners manual word for word, and page for page. And talking about the lack of common sense of other people, and you threw out a question like that. The purpose of the OP was to enlighten people who might not have realized there was an alternative to letting the gas cap hang against the side of the car. You as usual had to jump in and start denigrating other members. So you're THAT guy, you can dish it out but you can't take it when someone points out your shortcomings. I too have lamented the fact that no one reads the owners manual to try to find an answer to a really simple question, but you do it ALL the time. The fact that you resorted to name calling on a forum, from the safety of your keyboard says something to me about what kind of person you are. Why don't you try following your own advice?
I don't feel the need for further BS, if you do let's take it private and try to work things out like adults. PEACE.

Always premium...unless you like some knocking and risk potentially destroying your engine in the long run to save a few bucks.

Yes. Premium fuel is REQUIRED, not RECOMMENDED. Your knock sensor will definitely notice the reduced octane and you will likely lose around 10% power output and fuel efficiency. This is a high compression engine.

Isn't the premium fuel required sticker under that fuel cap bracket thingie? Just kidding man, but yeah premium is required like Ryne said.

I would like to publicly apologize to 2008G-Man for being a **** after reading back thru this post. I was having a ****ty week and I shot the first target that presented itself. I am sorry man, like I said before I'm not here to make enemies.
