Tanabe sounds great.. but that price... I'm not keen on the replicas. I have seen fitment issues and now heard people expressing concern over the drone. Find the discount on the sport muffler for $535 shipped. Lightweight and no drone on it at all.

I put the Manzos on yesterday and the other guy was right. Don't know if I can live with this everyday. I kept my original muffler and I am more than likely gonna switch back. Was hoping it would get quieter but the other post said it would only get louder. Sounds good on the outside but the sound inside the car is just too much. Drones bad at around 2500 rpm. Made my ears hurt the first day because I turned up the radio to compensate for the noise. But if you like attention then it's not bad though.

Just an update. I did an ecu reset and let the car idle for a few minutes and the car was a lot faster around town. It did get quieter after a couple of days too. I took it off after a couple of weeks because i do a lot of highway driving and when I had it on cruise control it would drone. But I do miss that extra power so I'm going to put them on again at some point in the future.

Did anyone try the new Infiniti sport mufflers with the helmholtz resonators on them?

They look like these Manzos that supposedly have bad drone
