Buying 2011 or 2012 G37x, how to tell what options are on car by looking at pic

I am looking to buy a 2011 or 2012 Infiniti G37x coupe. I will be looking out for the best deal around from a reputable dealer, which means I am most likely purchasing it from an online ad and having it shipped to me.

Since I am mostly checking these cars out through Cars.com, Autotrader.com, and CarMax.com. What options are available on these G37x and how can I tell from a picture if the car I am looking at has these options?

I know the sport package is easy to tell. different wheels, different front bumper, sport seats. What other options are available, and how do I tell if the car I am looking at has these options or not from the typical for sale pictures?

If you get the VIN# you can find out (options/packages) on various websites etc. Many times the dealer or seller doesn't correctly or mis list I've noticed.

I would NEVER recommend buying a car sight unseen.

For the Navigation Package, you can tell by the # of buttons under the centre console display. If it has Navigation, there are 12+ buttons under the display, without nav it has about 6. Also the lower left side of the steering wheel has 3 buttons with Navigation, and 2 without navigation.

For the technology package ( Intelligent Cruise Control), look at the steering wheel, and the number of buttons on the lower right, 2 buttons means Intelligent Cruise Control, 1 button means regular cruise.

And I'm with my fellow posters, never buy a car sight unseen.

Thank you Northern Man for your information. Isn't there also a premium package? How can I tell if it has that by looking at pictures? Also, any other packages that I might of missed?

When i was looking for my G, i wanted navigations so i always loooked for the map button on the center console control. If it has no navigation i think it will be a disc button instead of map.
