Fender lining ripped!

I just recently put 20s on my g37 but did not lower it. The car scrapes from time to time but not as severe as my g35 did so I didn't tink much of it. I noticed after a hitting a bump I had torn my drivers side rear fender lining. do they make any aftermarket fender lining that is not as brittle as the stock?

If you put the correct offset wheels and correct tires on the car you should not be rubbing at all especially if you're not dropped.. What are your wheel and tire specs? Something is out of wack

Not really sure about aftermarket fender liners, but I definitely wouldn't consider the stock fender liner brittle. As previous poster stated, especially with car not dropped, as long as you have correct offset/tire size this shouldn't happen.

Whether or not you get a different fender liner, if the wheel contacts it the fender liner will rub/rip again eventually.

Mine ripped off too, happened when I moved to a new house with a really steep driveway. Just picked one up on ebay for about 40 bucks. The fit wasnt exactly right but i got it on there. I would replace it asap as the back of your headlights will get alot of water in the rain and it could damage the ballast. I had also had to replace the washer fluid hose since that liner was the only thing keeping it from touching the wheel and it got damaged.
