So I bought a 2010 Infiniti G37x coupe with 55,000 miles on it from an auction this week knowing that it already had some things that needed to be fixed, which I am fine with that. One of the issues that I have with the car is that when I put the car in drive or reverse, nothing happens. another issue is that the navigation screen, radio, A/C, heated seats, or windows will not work. is there anyone that can give me some insight on these issues before I take it to the dealership?

I'd check fuses for all the electrical stuff. The Seats and windows would definitely be a different situation than the nav, radio or AC. Those last 3 are somewhat integrated, where as the heated seats and windows are not at all related to the center console.

However, they are all electrical issues...so perhaps they all suffer from the same underlying problem.

Thanks, I figured I would initially start there and try and eliminate what's not wrong with the small stuff before I take it to get looked at but thanks again

Is the battery dead? Sounds like zero electrics work...

Those might all be off some sub-fuse panel, many cars have a box in the engine bay and a second box in the cabin, sounds like the cabin box is cut off?

The car was being driven up until 2014. Hurricane Sandy hit in 2012 so I don't think that is the case

Exactly how many fuse boxes are in that car I checked the two under the hood and the one on the driver side by the brakes and all of the fuses checked out. Am I missing one?
