Lower it a little, black the grill, and black the rear valence (looks great on a white car). I vote no to black roof and to take off those tinted tails.

You may consider black/painted headlights, too! It isn't the easiest DIY or very expensive, but I think it looks so much better this way!

Yep, and if you do, be SURE to swap the stock fresnal lens for the 100x better TSX lens from theretrofitsource.com.

I would only plasti dip the rims/grill. Also unsure if black rims would look good on the white car, if i should just touch up paint the rims, or maybe a gunmetal grey. Looking for honest opinions here, I haven't done anything with this car yet.

Hello sir,

I currently have a 2010 g37x, which also happens to be white. I plan on doing the exact same thing you said, except I will be getting gloss rims with a chrome lip. So, the grill will be gloss black, and I will be keeping the Infiinti emblem chrome. Also, I will be giving oneeightynyc another visit here soon for some custom headlights .

I used to ask this same question all the time, and then I realized, DO WHAT YOU LIKE.

Best of luck man. Happy modding.

If u r going that direction than the trash begins. Like storm trooper trash. Start with some nice wheels and a drop. Hold off on all that black touch up u rambled off.

If I ever open up my stock headlight assembly, I'll be replacing the passenger side projector (not just lens) as I broke off a tab, but was able to glue it back on and it's holding. I'd rather just replace it anyway if I ever open up the assembly.

In doing so, will I need to somehow aim the new projector, or does it just bolt on, and aim true? If so, are there internal adjustment screws? And if so, how does one know if it's aimed properly?

The same questions appliy to aftermarket projectors. Is it a pain to get them to aim straight?

The projector aim adjustments are external. You use a philip's screwdriver to adjust it.

GT-R style vinyl overlays on the tail lights. They dramatically change the look of the car, I highly recommend them. They look even better with the rear valence overlay. Such an aggressive look.

Gloss black roof vinyl is on there too.

Here's her eyes, because those are important too. Headlights painted by Raul G. Highly recommend him and his work. Those things were painted three years ago and still look bada$$. Please excuse the missing front bumper, accidents happen.

Moral of the story here is do what YOU want. Make your car unique, make it your own. Sure there are things we all do here like a de-badge or exhaust modifications (most people), but no one's car is exactly alike. Use everyone's cars as a template and pick and choose what you like. Have fun! Once the mod bug bites, its stuck there forever.
