The Infiniti Q60 Concept: It's Not For Douchebags Anymore
I've always hated that stereotype just like the non douchebag BMW drivers must feel the same way. But looking around in here I can see why it's sometimes deserved.
I've been called a car snob before but don't think of myself that way. But I kind of wish they'd take the platform upmarket and offer a better (more refined, more powerful) power plant, more luxury inside, and overall make improvements to bump the price of entry up at least $12-$15K. I can still afford it but it could restrict the bros who are able to afford to buy 4 year old off lease used ones that "bring down the neighborhood". Yeah, I guess I really am a car snob.

The interior looks 100% production ready. I don't see anything there that screams that it's only a concept fantasy item that's not practical for a production car.
The exterior has the tiny mirrors that nobody expects or wants on the road car, the rocker panel detail that's impractical and busy that'll be dropped, the glass roof is a probably not going to make it but could, and the lower part of the front and rear fascias will probably be toned down. The headlight shape will make it be details will be different, like having separate fog lights.

The quilted leather probably wont make it, nore will the white leather option but other than that, I do think interior looks production ready!
You think if they do offer a Twin Turbo 6, it will be technically a GTR? Oh ****, did I just say that? Oh ****.....Ima get banned now right?

Its a little too overdone for my taste, first look reminded me of a hundai gensis. i would like to see a little more defined (round) exhaust and headlights, ease up the front grille and instead of the honeycomb design make it more like a mesh, drop the chrome and the rims look just trashy. I like eau rouge concept on infiniti website a lot better.

Man the old G37 concept looks OLDDDD now. Wow, I remember when I first saw it, I just had to have it. Times have changed.
The new Q60 seems a bit overwrought in design but....I like it. I need to see it with 18's and the standard Infiniti wheel gap before I'm 100% sold.
The interior seems to be a major step up from the G, lets see what makes it to production. I'm hoping Infiniti swings for the fences on this one because honestly I don't see any 'passion' in the line-up.
