Those are some very solid vehicles. Great choices.

I just wish I hadn't bought the 2000 Maxima. Needless to say, when the 2002 with 255 HP, 6MT with HID headlights came out a year later, I was pissed.

At the end of the day 330HP is still a lot. You are not taking advantage of all that power in day to day driving so where is this not enough observation? If you go to the track then you bought the wrong car, and if 330 isnt enough in 35-40mph zones then you are doing it all wrong.

Power delivery is a different beast altogether. If 330 were delivered by turbos for example then its a different argument. Or a DCT.

Most of the comparisons between M3/M4 killer, ISF, so on and so forth dont realize that they cost 20k+ more. Majority of you wont spend the money for one anyway.

$43 base for the 3.7L. $55 base for the 3.0L TT.

And if the 3.0L completely replaces the 3.7L, then $45 base.

The more I watch the videos the more I'm liking the design. As far as the hp and torque numbers go, personally as long as Infiniti maintains that mid to low 5 second 0-60 range, I'm good.

I hope they don't have the illuminated Mt. Fuji emblem make it to production (or at least the ability to turn it off). Looks chessy, Autozone-ish.

Cheesy or not, Mercedes-Benz wants $550 for the "Illuminated Star" option on the E-class coupe. So, it's not like Infiniti is gonna give away the illuminated Mt. Fuji for free anyway.

Personally, I think the illuminated emblems are cool, kinda like the illuminated kick plates, which I do have on my car. But I'd rather keep my $550. I wouldn't mind paying something like $250 for it, though.

I could live with 45k starting even 49 starting. Gotta have that TT engine though. No going backwards.
