Anyone else catch themselves finding alternate routes and back roads to drive? Lately I've been using mapquest's satellite view to find new back roads to explore.
I don't have that many suspension/handling mods just eibach springs but driving these backroads makes me want to get struts/sway bars and whatever else there is.
Good thing I live in VA and I'm not far from back roads I just drive 10 miles and I'm in country/farm areas. Maybe I'll go to Skyline Drive next weekend...

Ah yes... Around here there is no shortage of back roads to explore, and I've found many of them. The fall is one of my favorite season for it. Something about rushing though the leaves blown around by the wind I find to be very exhilarating.

 

It's all about the line and apex. Tame those and you'll be an expert.

 

Lots of great twisty canyons and mountain roads here in CA and yes, I often go out of my way to enjoy them, both in my G37S (w/ stock suspension) and my SUV (not an Infiniti)...

 

Nothing works like a brisk Sunday drive through the roads of Long Island's Gold Coast when I am trying to clear my mind. RT 106 all the way up to Bayville is one of my favs.
