That's what I was thinking. Relatively minimal risk and expense. I'll post some pictures once wheels and springs are installed. Thanks!

I like the Tanabe Quality. I'm getting a set of Sustec NF210s soon. I don't recommend getting Coil-overs unless you plan on taking the car to the track for time attack...Coils are too harsh. The NF210s NF stands for Normal Feel meaning that the car keeps the same ride quality after installation.

will be getting tanabe nf210 for the front only. i heart the raked look, and need to get rid of the X's crevasse wheel gap. i measured the rear fenders height at 28in to the road and the fronts at 28 1/2. i mean what the heck?! lol ill be posting follow up pics of BEFORE and AFTER. as well as input on ride, steering, and braking.

I have pics of my installed m550s and Tenabe springs. I am trying to embed a link to images, but it's not working. Does this not work with images hosted on Flickr?

Use www.imageshack.com as the host and just right click on teh loaded image and paste to the thread here.
Your Tanabe springs are progressive so they should drop a bit more if you just installed them. Look forward to pics.

Ok, so here are the pics. I'm quite happy with how it turned out. It's not as low as some people would like, but this is my daily driver and I need it to be comfortable and practical as well as look good.

19" AG m550s. Tenabe springs on the front only. Ride is the same as stock. Had it aligned and everything is within spec, so no camber kit needed. Height of the wheel well is the same in both front and back (27.2").

I will be doing this soon. I have Niche Milan wheels, 19 x 8.5 front, 19 x 9.5 rear. They look almost identical to your wheels so this really shows me what*my car will look like after the install. Thanks for posting.

Also, I contacted two members that lowered just the front with Tanabe springs. Both made the swap in 2011 and are still happy with it. Neither had experienced any negatives.

Nice to hear, drop looks good, and like I mentioned it should settle just a bit more unless you've had them on a few days.
