Drain near trunk lid hinges
I moved to a place where my G parks under a couple of large trees. Being fall and all, there are tons of leaves and needles falling. I've noticed tons of crap on the cowl and around the trunk opening. I usually clean this area up each week and get rid of as much as possible. However, near the trunk hinges is really tighter and my hands and rags have a tough time getting all the crud out (broken leaves, small debris, dust).
Where does water from the rear window drain to? I imagine its the area near the trunk hinges that is surrounded by black plastic trim. How likely is this to get clogged. Has anyone ever experience this? I want to make sure I won't have standing water.

Hmmm, got some insight from this post:
Help needed with drip channels in trunk!
Looks like if I keep picking out the debris before it gets under the "drip cover" I should be free of any issues. Taking off the drip covers does not seem like something I want to do.
