Looking for Intake and Exhaust for California car

Hello all, I've been look for the past hour for a aftermarket exhaust and cold air intake for my 2008 G37 that's CA approved. I need the intake to pass visual inspection as well as the Cats to be approved for my car.

Any ideas?? I see lots of kits out there, but most don't say anything about Ca, unless they are not approved for California. I did contact K&N about their Typhoons kit only to find out it's not CA approved. Sometime it SUCKS living in Ca.

Why not just buy what you want and swap out when you need smog? It's very rare to get an exhaust ticket in Ca unless you're just super loud and annoying

Stillen Gen3 CAIs are Carb approved. Best CAI out there! A CARB sticker is supplied with them.

Exhaust past the cats are not subject to inspection.

Cats HAVE to be stock, and present.
Aftermarket cats will be rejected, even OEM style replacements.
Since cats are warrantied for 100k miles, the reasoning, is if one is replaced, its under warranty, and factory replacements.
