make a lower grill for sport bumper?

I just called infiniti up in town and they quoted me 400 for the 2012 sport bumper. the finishers on the side with the fog lights are 100 each. anyway to make these things to save a little cash?

Yes you can go to a Plastic Shop... plexi... Lexan... they come vented, textured, and Smooth... I'm currently working on my Aero set up for Led Drls... cost me $30 in vented Black Lexan 3/8ths thick... you also can get this plastic online... you'll need a Cutting saw, Sanding block, Dremel, foam for a template so you don't scratch or scrape to make the pattern, blades, and most of all "Patience" if not spend the 100 and it's done...
Taken me almost 2 weeks to work on mine but on off days... still another few more weeks to go...

I sent you a Pm Mark... but i'll have to buy more plastic as it looked yesterday... it can be done or I can do metal grill? I'm also in the works on making a emblemless grill... getting a AC installed in my shop... its hot with all that work going on... My G is in Pieces now and working on a lot for Aug and Sept shows ...
Get your bumper get it painted and i'll fab up the grills... I also found Killer DRL's that I'm using on my Aero... can't wait to get them in from Japan... i'll post up pics of both once I'm done...
