You were rear ended, unless police issued a ticket to you your good.
It's 100% the mustangs fault, you must maintain control of your car at all times.

Report immediately & get checked out medically.

Last time I was rear ended, I thought I was fine.
Next day was sore & in pain went to my doc.

Turns out had 2 ruptured discs in my neck & a compressed spinal cord.

Needed to have spinal fusion c4-c5 level.

Good clip- like the judge said... don't ever NOT call the police if you are in an accident. It can only make things worse for you.

That guy looked like a dirtbag liar from the start.

OP, you might have been swayed by the guile of a pretty girl begging you to not call the police, but you have to realize that she played you! Further, if that had been a dude or a not so pretty woman, you would have dialed 911 much sooner.

Lesson learned I hope. Glad everyone is physically ok.

 

If you're a girl, good for you. Just make sure you're "primed" so you don't get hurt.

If you're a guy, you're doing it wrong.

Every woman that has ran into me has initially apologized, but later changed her story (trying to put fault on me). Next time, I'm getting out of the car with my cell camera set to "Record" (that, and I really need to install a camera in the car).
