A few noobish questions

ALL-

I'm trying to keep my car N/A. I had a few questions to reduce heat, improve cooling/reliability, and maybe gain a few HP/TQ. I know the questions are newbish, but I'm having a hard time find straight answers.

NOTE: Due to the different questions, i'm not sure exactly where to stick this thread. Please move it if it doesn't belong here.

If anyone here has some advice or experience with the questions below, i welcome all input!

CAR - 2008 G37S 6MT

1. Does this spacer apply to my car considering I had the intake manifold replaced? I have the motordyne intake manifold.

The stock plenum (the big piece feeding the intake manifolds , has a steep rake leading to the front two cylinders. This chokes the front two cylinders at high RPM - its done to clear the hood, but its probably a design flaw. By raising the front of the plenum you can get about another 16 HP. Motordyne, Gibson, and a few others make fixes - they all seem to be within about 10% of each other in performance (since they all address the same problem). Motordyne may be the least expensive and easiest to install (and claims the best performance) - their smallest spacer leaves the engine looking completely stock.

2. I heard adding a small spacer between the throttle bodies and the manifold can improve airflow, thoughts?

3. After some internet digging, I have learned that engine cabin/under the hood heat robs the car of HP. Is this true? If so, would the following help the heat issue?

3.1 - Upgraded radiator with silicon hoses
3.2 - Heat wrapping the cold-air intakes and or headers
3.3 - Oil Cooler

4. My car has a two piece steel 37.5 LBS. driveshaft. I'm dying to replace it with a single piece aluminum or carbon fiber one. Know any places to buy one?

5. I have heard that changing my engine and tranny mounts to polyurethane helps give back from lost HP. Any thoughts? I found the below video explaining it.

6. The same company as above also mentioned ignition control boxs helping provide the sparkplugs with everything they need. Thoughts?

7. Are these plugs or the technology behind them worth a damn? Nology silver core spark plugs.....

My current mods are:

Coldair intakes
Intake manifold
shorttube headers
testpipes
catback
uprev tune
lightweight flywheel
stage 2 clutch
Stoptech BBK

330 WHP/ 262 WTQ on a dynojet.
