Went through the touchless carwash today, then when I parked at home I immediately noticed a whole bunch of steam coming out of my hood and grille. Could feel quite a bit of heat coming from the grille too. Just wondering if this is normal? Did I get something wet at the carwash that I wasn't supposed to?
Getting it wet under the hood is not a problem as many people think. I just got finished washing down my engine bay. Degreaser. Soap. Water hose. No problem.
Especially since it looks like you're in Canada, so I'm assuming it's pretty cold. That will cause it to be a lot more noticeable than in the middle of the summer.
