Tiny Rust Spots All Over Car

Thats crazy,
I just gave the car a bath today and I noticed a few rust freckles on the rear trunk lid as well. I'll try the bar and polish then throw on some Cquarts. Strange though, my last 2 cars have been grey/graphite grey and I never had a issue till now.
Could this be a recall issue?

Hi, I purchased a 2012 G37X about 7 months ago and noticed brake dust/rail dust as well on my white infiniti. I have been to the dealer to get them removed. Dealer said it was normal for white cars to have rail dust I had a white Nissan for 12 years it only rusted last year but there were never any freckles of orange on the car. I've heard if you don't keep on top of this the rail dust will become rust. Dealer said to get the car clay barred twice a year. Had I known owning a white infiniti would become a make work project plus $$$ everyyear to get it claybarred I would have rethought the purchase...
