I had headrest monitors installed in my Acura CL-S.....close to same size, so its very do-able!

my set up

the monitors are 8.8" in the headrest you could get smaller one pre mounted so no need to cut your stock ones. The apple Tv is mounted under the passenger
dash its also matches with the trim and its no it the way of your feet, 10'' rockford for bass sound good and no trunk rattle.

I'm definately doing this!!! Thanks for posting!!!! BTW, did you use a power converter to power the apple tv? That is AWESOME!

Jking, did you use the stock headrests? I'm looking to have the Kenwood lz-702ir 6.95 installed on factory headrest.
