Thank you for that! Really not feeling just black at all, but the black chrome looks nice, I'm really liking just the regular chrome the most though surprisingly...more I look at it the more it's growing on me.

I personally would leave it the way it is.

I agree with everyone else that your car would look 100x's better with a drop, even if its a mild one.

Great looking car!
Thanks a lot! I'm with you, think I'm going to leave it the way it is, maybe I'll look at it again in the future if I get some darker wheels, but for now I'm really liking the chrome.

hahah one of these days a drop will come!

I haven't installed the back, I think I'm going to leave the regular back bumper for now. Just received bluebats rear valance vinyl over lay and going to try to get it on this weekend along with the vinyl roof as well.
Here's a picture of the back though, if you want to see the IPL rear Twothree has it on his car, looks really good and maybe something I do in the future.

Here's the picture of TwoThree's back with the IPL bumper (hope he doesn't mind me posting his picture)

Niceeee Color! I see the IPL bumper is really popular. Looks great on your car. I agree with the black chrome. Not a fan of the small chrome trim on the IPL. With your car, black and blue would look stunning.

Zydan, after looking at your car IPL , I'm getting on the phone with one of the infiniti dealer in my area right away and asked them how much they charge to install the whole IPL kits for my 2009 MW g37 vert and they said they dont know if IPL kits gonna fit my vert since there is no information on it. So my question is that is it possile to do it for my vert at all ? i would love to point them to the forum if someone here has IPl done on older models like mine.

I have the exact same setup and same color. Trust me, the drop will make it look 100x better. I also have aftermarket rims to help with the drop.

Thank you, that black chrome does look nice.., but to have to take off the bumper again and remove inserts, wait to have them painted and put back on...maybe something I'll do later, for now just going enjoy the car for a bit and be done with the mods till January

I'm like 99% sure you can, the only thing for your year is I believe you have the big washer fluid tank, so if you want to get fog lights on the bottom you'd have to get the small washer fluid tank...or you can just not put fog lights.

Lot of reading, but I'd refer you to this thread.

I got mine from Sewell, really good prices, you can refer to this thread (only thing is Josh got moved to a new dealership)

Oooo post some pics? I'd love to see this set up dropped so I could get a better idea.

Rock the chrome until you get tired of it, that's what I did. The rear will probably grow on you like it did me. From some angles I like the original more, but when you look at it as a whole, the rear bumper just brings the sides together so much more. But again, mod in time or you'll get tired of it. Making great progress though and the valence overlay is going to look amazing. Hope you went with matte black!

Vert guy asking about IPL parts, the front will fit, you just need a slim washer tank if you're going to run fog lights. And that thread that was listed earlier has all the info on a DIY for hooking the fogs up. The sides are really simple. And the rear will not fit the Vert. We have an IPL vert at my dealership and it has the regular rear bumper and even the regular rear spoiler.

Yeah right now looking at your rear compared to mine in that post above, the IPL rear is already growing on me.....

I went for the gloss, I thought about matte, but after doing some comparison pictures just wasn't working for me.
Least it's one of the cheaper mods so if I want to go matte later that's always an option!

hahah that's funny, I was just thinking that earlier today!! It's insane that the spoiler is the most expenses of the pieces

Also doesn't even seem to be a blue lapis choice which means I'd have to pay additional to have it painted /sigh

OEM rear spoiler seems like the most logical mod you should do next. Especially if you plan on holding off on the drop. I plan on ordering mine this week for my vert. The little bit of chrome on the bumper is one thing, but the huge chrome spoiler that infiniti decided to put on our cars by default has gots to go!
