Dude - Just go on the "Buying and Leasing" forum right on this site! Lots of good examples of purchase/lease prices along with helpful information on incentives/promotions and negotiating purchase/lease terms.

I'll answer your question OP:

When: October 2012
Where: Forum Member

What: 2008 G37s Coupe 6mt
Packages: Sport, Navigation, Tech (pretty much everything except adaptive cruise control)
Mileage: 37.5k
Price: $23.5k
Other: Clean title, no liens, I would consider car in good condition but I fixed most of the small things such as dings etc...

Need some pricing advise here. Im from IL, I will be flying down to Orlando to take a look at a Black G37S manual with 30,000 mi Florida car all its life at a dealership. I expect this car to be super clean and rust free. They are asking for $24,000 which is not bad. I want to know how much I can talk it down to. I will be paying cash.

I recently brought a 2011 Blue Slate G37s Coupe w/ 31K miles. They were asking for $24,500 and I got it out the door for $22K taxes included.
