GTR tails and wetsanded my G37

Just wanted to say thanks to Jared aka Chi-City-G and Mindos from Autotrader in for hooking up my GTR style tail lights. Tails look awesome and great recommendation!! Sorry, I was too excited and took these pictures with my Iphone.

Also, it was perfect timing as well since I just finished wet sanding my G37S the weekend before. Took me 2 days to finish, sigh!!

Car looks amazing and surpassed both my expectations (tail lights and detail work).

My next project is to paint my grille using the Shadow Chrome paint by Duplicolor and paint my headlights (Shadow Chrome the shroud and install iron man lights).

Stay tuned!! =)

Holy hell that wet sand came out amazing. Fantastic work on the paint man! Takes some skill for sure. Could end up with nasty marks in the cutting process or even hit the base coat. The GTR tails look great too.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. Yeah, this was my first time. I actually did alot of internet searching and studied up on wet sanding. Since my tail lights were sent to the east coast to have the GTR tails done, I had some time over the weekend to finally give it a shot. And the final result was amazing. If you have the patience and dont mind getting your hands dirty I totally recommend you guys give this a shot. =)

Maybe if I get sometime I will post some tips or a DIY on how to wet sand your G. If you want to know more or just interested I posted another article similar to this one under the "car care and detailing section". Again, thanks for the comments guys!! Now, back to painting Shadow Chrome (Duplicolor) and wet sanding my grille. =)
