OEM Black Grill

Is it hard to remove the original grill and install the black grill?

The DIY link posted has a bit of confusing text, he mentions the following; "Once the radiator is removed, there is going to be some wires..."

I assume he means the radiator cover rather than the actual radiator?

Yes radiator cover. Not the actual radiator. Be careful not to break the cover as you remove it. You'll want to ease it out. It will be a b1tch.
