It is the knock-offs. However, they sound mean as hell in person. And also yes, there are fitment issues. Both tips sit too far to the inside of the bumper wells. I called TopSpeed and they were very helpful about it, and made an appointment for me to come to their shop (I live nearby) in addison and they'd put it on the lift next door and have their mechanic loosen the entire exhaust system on the car, and re-do it properly.
Apparently there is more than one way to tighten four nuts :P

My axel back I think is same/similar, also from ebay.
Other than some highway drone which is not too bad, it sounds pretty awesome IMO. Most fun is to be had on building-lined city streets and in tunnels of course.
I am thinking of using some dynamat or generic equivalent in the trunk floor to reduce highway drone some. People (other than the gf) say it is not at all too loud.
I had to fiddle with them to get the tips lined up and tucked evenly. YES there are many ways to tighten the 4 nuts and tweak the position of the hangers .. Just takes some patience. A swap from stock to these takes me about 30-40 minutes laying on the ground. I have switched up and back a few times depending on mood.

There definitely is drone. Personally I believe there will be with any exhaust, only the amount of which will vary between them. I'll do my best to get an inside video later today and post it on here as soon as possible. Stay tuned
