My G37 Dilemma.......................
#16
Some coupes look somewhat nicer than their sedan counterparts, but other than that I personally never understood what they offer, and I find that they have many disadvantages...
Their size and weight are similar to the sedans, but they offer less room inside. You still have a back seat, but it's hard to access and an uncomfortable place to sit. The thing that bugs me the most about them, though, is the size of the doors. The massive doors make it hard to get in and out of the car when you're parked next to another car, or a wall, etc.
Overall, seems like a bad choice to me... I can understand why people get 2-seaters, and why they get 4-door sedans, but the attraction of the 2-door coupe with a back seat escapes me...

i really like the 1M from BMW. If you can handle the price tag I'd get that. But if that is outta your price tag, i say the IS350 in terms of resale value... but thats just me.

You could look into leasing a C63 coupe so you don't have to compromise on performance.
A cheaper option may be to buy your car out at the end of the lease and trade it in later. In a few years you'll be able to choose between the 3, G, and an all new C coupe (I think it may be changing to CLC). If you kept your G in good shape and the miles are low it might make sense.
